Full yard stripped, regraded, and sodded, front to back

The old lawn and the top layer of soil across the whole lot — front, side, and back — had to come off and be hauled away so the ground could be regraded.

Stripped the sod and topsoil with the track loader and hauled it off in the dump trailer, cut and regraded the whole lot to a smooth, even surface, then laid fresh sod across the front, side, and back and got water on it the same day.

A brand-new lawn on a clean, even grade from the street to the back fence.
