A Milford contractor
who runs the job
like a job.
D1 Land Services is based in Milford, Michigan. We do the site work a property needs first — grading, land clearing, pads and backfill — and the outdoor construction that goes on top of it: gravel driveways, fencing, patios, firepits, and small-structure demolition.
Most people who call us have already had a bad experience with a contractor. Calls that didn't get returned. A quote that meant nothing. A crew that showed up three weeks late and left the site a mess. We built D1 to be the other kind of contractor: you get a written number, a start date, and a phone call if anything changes.
We're not the cheapest, and we don't try to be. We're the ones who show up, explain the work, do it the way it was scoped, and clean up after. If that's what you're looking for, we'll get along fine.
Licensed and insured.
This isn't side work.
Everything here is something you can hold us to on the phone. Nothing here is a slogan.
We show up when we say we will.
A scheduled start is a scheduled start.
We don't oversell or underbid.
The number you get is the number the job needs.
We explain the work before starting.
You know what's being done and why.
We respect your property.
Lawns, drives, and neighbors are treated like they're ours.
We clean up like professionals.
The job doesn't leave you with another job.
